Tri-clamp seals, also known as clamp seals, are seals for highly hygienic (aseptic) applications. These seals are used as clamp connections (clamp connections) in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Type 2 is equipped with an additional lip on the outer edge. This lip allows the seal to be positioned on the Tri-Clamp before it is fixed with a clamp without it falling off.
