NBR (Oil-resistant rubber) exhibits excellent strength, high tensile strength, Oil resistance, and sustains flexibility at lower temperatures. Typical applications -filling, dispensing, Pumps, Pipe & Flange gaskets, valves, quick connectors, Tanks, Separators, homogenizers, decanters and heat exchangers. Its properties provide superior resistance to petroleum-based fluids, hydraulic fluids, gasoline, alkalis and acids. Nitrile is the polymer of choice for applications requiring oil and solvent resistance.
