Sealmax Style 922
Sealmax Style – 922 is a high quality extruded packing manufactured from pure PTFE fine powder blended with lubricant. The material is non-toxic, chemically inert and dimensionally stable, making it suitable for both dynamic and static sealing applications.
Style 922 offers excellent resistance to chemical across the entire pH range and maintains stable performance over a wide temperature span.
It is available in round and square cross sections and is recommended to be used with anti-extrusion rings, especially in higher pressure services.
It is suitable for applications like Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, Control and isolation valves, Mixers, agitators and reactors, Sliders and plungers, static sealing applications, Chemical processing plants, Pharmaceutical and Food and Beverage industries.
