Application
- Sealmax Style – 920 sheets are made from high purity flexible expanded graphite without fibres, binders or other additives
- Graphite sheets are particularly suited for applications with extremely high and low temperatures with highly corrosive and aggressive media. Gaskets are used in petrochemical, mining vessels, boilers, piping and duct, pumps and valves, flanges etc.
- Expanded Graphite sheets are universally applicable for gases and fluids. It offers excellent sealing capabilities such as thermal stability, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance without being brittle and ageing etc.
Properties
- Chemical Compatibility: Resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis, oils, steam, hydrocarbons and solvents (Except strong oxidizers).
- High Thermal Conductivity: Enables efficient heat transfer in thermal management and sealing systems.
- Enhanced Dimensional Stability: Maintains structural integrity under temperature cycling and pressure fluctuations..Low Creep and Relaxation: Retains sealing and conductive performance over extended service life.
