Grooved gasket with integral centering ring, pre-determined breaking point and both-sided mica layers

The grooved stainless steel core [1.4828, pitch 1,0 mm] is covered on both sides with phlogopite mica layers. The integral centering ring [machined] is additionally provided with a pre-determined breaking point, which prevents vibration breaks in the sealing area.

The combination of a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel core with silver layers enables temperature applications beyond the range of use of conventional soft sealing materials.
