• Calcium silicate fiber without organic carrier fibers > = 95% SiO2 [substitute for ceramic fiber products]
• Very good chemical resistance, excellent physical properties, and high mechanical stability
• Fiber diameter > 6 µm [physiologically harmless]
• Continuous operating temperature: 1050 °C [short-term 1100 °C]
• Static sealing systems for kilns, boilers, coal mills, power plant technology, etc.
• Product range: Bulk goods, endless rings, frames, custom form pieces, round, rectangular, T-shape – double T-shape profiles
• External coating/waterproofing: Graphite, PTFE, vermiculite, glimmer, silicon
