Application
- Sealmax Style 920Ti is a reinforced sealing material designed for extreme conditions. It is made by laminating flexible graphite sheets onto a 0.1 mm thk tanged stainless steel insert (commonly SS316 and SS304) to enhance surface load and blow-out safety.
- The tanged metal insert provides superior mechanical anchoring, enhancing the material’s stability, handling and pressure resistance.
- Style 920Ti is particularly suited for applications with extremely high and low temperatures with highly corrosive and aggressive media made for various gaskets used in petrochemical, mining vessels, boilers, piping duct, pumps and valves, flanges, Gas and steam application

- Chemical Compatibility: Resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis, oils, steam, hydrocarbons and solvents
- Enhanced Dimensional Stability: The tanged metal core provides rigidity and prevents blow-out or extrusion under high load.
- Low Creep and Relaxation: Maintains sealing performance over long service life.
- Superior Pressure Handling: Suitable for pressure upto 120 bar, making it ideal for high-load sealing application.
